JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH CHANDEL ORAL ORDER 02-09-2024 This Revision Petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 18th of October, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 1805(M)/2014 whereby and whereunder the learned Family Court allowed the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of interim maintenance and directed the O.P. to provide Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand rupees) to the petitioner as interim maintenance till the final order which will be passed by the Family Court.

2. During course of argument, it is prayed by the counsel of petitioner that the applicant's wife has already concluded her evidence in the year of 2018 itself and thereafter,

Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that the petition may be disposed of, directing the concerned Family Court to conclude and decide the said proceeding of maintenance case as early as possible within specific period fixed by this Court.

3. On the basis of above submission made by the counsel of petitioner, this petition is disposed of and the concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceeding as early as possible, probably within six months from today and decide the said maintenance case in accordance with relevant rules and laws.

4. With the above observation, this petition is disposed of.
