The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner threatened the sister of the informant and made an attempt to tease her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that for the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5947 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 occurrence of 30.09.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 03.10.2021. The petitioner and informant are on inimical terms from before.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur By-Pass T.O.P P.S.
