JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 Learned counsel for the University submits that with reference to the facts stated by the petitioner in his response to the counter affidavit to respondent no.2, he has sought instruction from the Registrar of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the University has taken a completely uncalled for and baseless stand that the marksheet produced by the petitioner of his Part-II examination is a fake and forged document. It is his stand that the petitioner was a student of B.Sc. (Hons.) for the Academic Session 2011-14 from Koshi College, Khagaria and he had
Patna High Court CWJC No.727 of 2019(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 taken his Part-II examination. He has relied upon the statements made in paragraphs '9' and '10' of his reply to submit that the petitioner has cleared Part-II examination.
Let the Registrar of the University conduct an enquiry into the matter, hear the petitioner and all other stakeholders and take an appropriate view within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Based on his opinion after conducting the enquiry, the Registrar shall take consequential steps.
