The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S.Case No. 915 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 354-B, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case. The parties are related to each other and the injury sustained by the informant has been found to be simple in nature. It is further contended that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and having got roots in the society they are not likely to abscond or tamper

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 915 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
