The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 413, 414 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that one Raushan Kumar @ Baigana was trying to sell a stolen generator. The police searched the house of Raushan Kumar @ Baigana and recovered the generator. Raushan Kumar @ Baigana disclosed the names of the petitioner and others and stated that he committed theft of the generator with the help of the petitioner and others. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got criminal antecedents but he is in jail since 17.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29888 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh in Maranchi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 312 of 2015.
