Today show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 and 5 along with show cause they have furnished (Annexure- A, B and C) to the extent that grievance of the petitioners have been redressed. It is also stated in para 8 and 9 of the show cause relating to payments made to each of the petitioners. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present MJC-Contempt Petition No.187 of 2023 stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioners if there are any difference of claim with reference to what has been settled by the opposite parties, they are permitted to submit detailed representation in pointing out any anomaly in calculation. If such representation is submitted the concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner and decide the same within a reasonable period.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC-Contempt Petition No.187 of 2023 stands dropped.
