The petitioners seek bail in Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 1/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 13 persons including the petitioners Haruni Paswan and Anand and alleged that they all caught his son Rakesh Kumar and on the order of Gunjan Paswan, Sanjay Paswan fired causing death of Rakesh Kumar, the son of the informant.

It is submitted that Gunjan Paswan, Rajendra Paswan, Kamlesh Paswan and Balram Paswan @ Baliram Paswan have already been enlarged on bail. Nagina Paswan, Munna Paswan and Ramchandra Paswan have also been enlarged on bail. The case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30768 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 the petitioners stands on the same footing. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The assailant is Sanjay Paswan who fired on the son of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 01/2014.
