JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 Heard Sri Suraj Narain Yadav, learned counsel, assisted by Sri Binod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is 4th attempt for grant of bail by the petitioner before this Court. Besides rejection of bail by this Court, his prayer for bail has already been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, as such, there is no reason to examine the case.

However, earlier a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. The report contained in letter no. 6 dated 07-02-2019 sent under the signature of learned Sessions Judge, Munger makes it clear that in the case, evidence is going

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3872 of 2019(4) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 on.

Since, in this case, evidence is going on as well as the prayer for bail has been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail. The petition stands dismissed.

The Court expects that learned Trial Judge may take appropriate steps, so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
