Petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 for the offence under sections 447, 341, 323,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 of the said code and 25 (1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute, the present case has been registered.

The petitioner is in custody since 9.9.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly 5 months,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6125 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018.
