2. The matter has been placed in view of office note dated 24.09.2019 pointing out typographical error in the order dated 08.05.2019, inasmuch as, in paragraph no. 4 of the order, 'LPA No. 30 of 2011' has wrongly been typed instead of 'LPA No. 30 of 2001'.

3. The said contention is correct.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 08.05.2019 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph no. 4 of the order

Patna High Court MJC No.5203 of 2018(4) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 reference to 'LPA No. 30 of 2011' be read as 'LPA No. 30 of 2001'.
