====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2019. He further submits that there is a case and counter case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant side is the veteran criminal and he might have sustained injury else where.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6197 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that there is case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 226 of 2018, subject to condition that the bailor should be the local villagers.
