Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger. Considering that huge numbers of arms were recovered from the house of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of Charge since he has fair antecedents. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
