The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Two unknown persons allegedly robbed the informant while he was on the way back to his house. However the people nearby apprehended both the petitioners while they were fleeing. Both the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. Submission is that the recovered mobile or cash does not tally with the looted articles of the informant. On suspicion, the petitioners have been implicated in this case. The case diary would reveal that other witnesses have also supported the allegation against the petitioners as eye

Considering the nature of material against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge them on bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 176 of 2020. Hence, prayer is refused.
