2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.05 of 2016 for the offence alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, which is evident from the fact that even according to the F.I.R., he was arrested and the F.I.R. was instituted on 06.01.2016 at 4.40 A.M., whereas seizure list disclosed that the Bolero car seized later on at 6.15 A.M. Even according to the prosecution case, the petitioner was arrested 100 mtrs away from where the vehicle was parked in front of the south gate of Block situated at Sangrampur Bazar. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jiwan Lal, A.C.J.M., Munger, District- Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.05 of 2016 with condition that if he fails to appear on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
