In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.84 of 2016, arising out of Kajra P.S. Case No.28 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prevention Act. Allegation has been made that on account of behaviour of the petitioner, the victim committed suicide. During investigation police found that the victim committed suicide by hanging herself and after breaking the doors, the dead-body was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reason for this incident is that the victim wanted to go along with

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Laxman Mahton be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, III, Lakhisarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No.84 of 2016, arising out of Kajra P.S. Case No.28 of 2015.
