2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103,3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and seriousness of the offence attributed to the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. Accordingly the present application stands rejected.
