JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2025 In the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court below along with petition for regular bail and the learned Court below may be directed to hear his regular bail petition on the day of surrender.
