The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1051c of 2017 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has given a cheque for payment of his premium of LIC to the agent, but out of conspiracy the opposite party no. 2 (complainant) collusively misused the said cheque, as contained

Further he submits that the petitioner has sent a legal notice(Annexure-4) to LIC Agent in this regard. It is also submitted that in spite of service of notice, opposite party no. 2 did not appear in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 1051C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
