2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of torturing and killing the deceased. He is in jail since 18.06.2023.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
