2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 357 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 85, 123 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner, along with other family members, is alleged to have administered poison to the victim on account of non-fulfilment of dowry demands.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is

It is further submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents. The parties have two minor children who are presently residing with the petitioner's family. The father, mother, and the two children of the petitioner, as well as the informant, are present before the Court.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, including the period of custody and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 357 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case
