The petitioners were refused bail by the order dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31439 of 2014 (5) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 9.1.2015. However, even with regard to the Petitioners of Criminal Misc. 32476 of 2014, condition 2 was imposed. The counsel for the Petitioners has brought this case under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for modification of such condition because it was stated in the petition in paragraph-3 that the Petitioners were accused in one more case. Hence, the order dated 9.1.2015 is modified to the extent that with regard to the Petitioners of Cr. Misc. 32476 of 2014, condition 2 be ignored.
Application stands allowed.
Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 435 of 2013.
