The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code after recovery of the victim. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 19.01.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 34921 of 2014.

It is submitted that the victim returned and she made her deposition in course of trial. The victim disclosed her age to be 20 years and that she has already married to Sanjay. The victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner. The victim further stated that the petitioner did not kidnap her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

No.30030 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2013.
