The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tariyani Chhapra P.S.Case no.11 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case is of dowry death and it further appears from the FIR that earlier also the informant had lodge an informatory petition with respect to torture meted out to the deceased and further disclosed that the petitioner and other accused persons were demanding one four wheeler and when he refused to give the same, he came to know that her daughter has fled away and on search her dead body was found hidden in a newly created ditch.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4028 of 2019(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and she died due to hanging.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has submitted that the deceased was residing in the house of the petitioner and later on the dead body was found hidden in a ditch.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of the anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
