JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to seek his remedy in revision before the Divisional Commissioner in terms of Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.
