====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons stole Rs. 2 lacs from the informant. When informant came to know, he went to the house of petitioner to inquire about the same where petitioner admitted his guilt and promised to return Rs. 30,000/- but he never returned it to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion and

5. Considering the nature of accusation and other facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
