The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014, registered under Section 376, 511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to unfold the clothes of the informant and tried to commit rape upon her. When informant raised alarm, then neighbours came and petitioner fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and due to dirty village politics, he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20818 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
