2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.05.2017 passed by learned Sub Judge-I, Gaya in Eviction Suit No. 12 of 2011 whereby and whereunder the learned trial court has directed the petitioner to pay the arrears of rent.

3. The present status of the case before the learned trial court, as is reflected from the website of the Judgeship, Gaya, shows that the Eviction Suit No. 12 of 2011 has been disposed of on 21.03.2022.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
