The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider their case for age relaxation on the ground that after 2011 no appointment has been made on the post of Physical Trained Teacher. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the examination is now over.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the competent authority to consider their case for one time age relaxation, in case, the respondents will hold any examination for the purpose of eligibility.
