JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have made call for extortion but admittedly, nothing was paid to the petitioner and it appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was land dispute between the parties and that is why the informant has lodged this case against the petitioner and others.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria
