2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been called for the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in Social Science by respondent - the Bihar State University Service Commission, Patna pursuant to Advertisement No. APSOCI-17/20-21.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the interview for the post of Assistant Professor in Social Science in terms of the aforesaid advertisement has already been conducted by the Bihar State University Service Commission,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4328 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 Patna on 08.01.2025 and 09.01.2025, the result of which has also been published on 10.01.2025. The record reveals that this writ petition was filed by the petitioner on 20.01.2025, which is ten days after the declaration of the result.

Under the circumstances, I am of the view that no relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition can be granted, inasmuch as the interview in which the petitioner is seeking a direction to participate, has already been conducted on 08.01.2025 and 09.01.2025 as per the submission by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the result of the interview has been declared on 10.01.2025.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with no consequential order.
