The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 380, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. disclosed that she voluntarily went along with Chhotu Paswan to Patna and solemnized marriage with him.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chhatauni P.S.
