Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the Mango Orchard of one Raghunath Prasad. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
