2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Purnia Complaint Case No.1133 of 2000 dated 30.08.2000, instituted under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the processes under Sections 82-83 Cr.P.C./84-85 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 have already been issued against the petitioners.
4. In such view of the matter, this application for grant of anticipatory bail has become infructuous having not maintainable.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous having not maintainable.
6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of, preferably, on the same day, on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
