The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the specific allegation of shoot out is against co-accused, namely, Pappu Yadav, Bablu Yadav, Vicky Yadav, the petitioners, who are said to be a member of an unlawful assembly, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees
