The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Shambhu Sah @ Ramu Sah having more grave allegation than the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55039 of 2019. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the submissions made above, the
