JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41735 of 2021 to the extent that the depiction of the learned court below in the last paragraph of the said order dated 04.01.2022 as 'Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Khagaria' be read as 'Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Nawada'.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the name of the learned court below has been wrongly typed in the bail petition resulting in the said error in the order dated 04.01.2022.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41735 of 2021 stands modified and the name of the learned court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6042 of 2022(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 below, referred to in last paragraph of the order dated 04.01.2022 is directed to be read as 'Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Nawada".

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41735 of 2021.
