2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the third line of page no. 3/3 of the order dated 05.07.2023 inadvertently '8 months' has been typed in place of '8 weeks'.

3. As such, in the third line of page no. 3/3 of the order dated 05.07.2023, the time frame '8 months' be read as '8 weeks'.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 05.07.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above and be treated as part and parcel of the order aforesaid.
