The petitioners are languishing in custody since 03.03.2016 in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Section 414 of the IPC. It is alleged that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 03.03.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. The recovery of stolen property is denied by the petitioners. There is no compliance of Section 100

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and stolen property (motorcycle) is said to have been recovered from their conscious possession and the same has been supported by other witnesses in course of investigation.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. The same is rejected in Bind P.S. Case No. 37/2016, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U
