JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider and revise the pension, gratuity, leave encashment and make payment of arrears thereof after considering the entire length of service rendered in the work charge establishment apart from the services rendered in the regular establishment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon a judgment of this Court dated 21.3.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19195 of 2011, as also the judgment dated 1.7.2016 passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12890 of 2017(4) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 LPA No. 61 of 2013.

This Court finds that it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 by filing appropriate representation with regard to the aforesaid issues / claim within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the Respondent No. 3, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioner, as also the judgments referred to hereinabove shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks and in case, any outstanding amount is found payable, the same shall be paid within a further period of eight weeks therefrom.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
