JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that motorcycle of the informant was stolen away and petitioner was arrested and he confessed his guilt. Apart from that petitioner is accused in one more case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and he has been remanded in this case from other case and he has been in judicial custody since 10.10.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -V, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
