The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is of course named in the first information report but the widow of the deceased alleged that petitioner has got enmity on account of land dispute with her husband and that is why she suspected that petitioner and other accused might have killed her husband. There appears no eye witness of the occurrence. Except suspicion, no tangible and cogent evidence is collected.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
