JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 619 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148,149,307,323,379,447 and 448 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he came along with other accused persons to the house of the informant and attacked and allegation against this petitioner and others is of assaulting on the head of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that injury report, which is Annexure-2, does not show that injury is grievous, petitioner is neighbor and he has falsely been implicated.

Heard learned APP also.

No.5197 of 2019(3) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 619 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
