The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra P.S. Case No. 429 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under Sections 420, 414 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2021, let the abovenamed petitioner be released after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra P.S. Case No. 429 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Chapra Town Police Station on first Sunday of every month during course of the pendency of the
