The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant, brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was done to death by her husband and other in-laws. It is submitted that all other accused persons including the husband and father-in-law have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No.44976 of 2010 and Cr. Misc. No.24137 of 2010. The petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
