The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that the Petitioner while on bail in a case of robbery was moved around, and, thus indicating criminal nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 pending before Shri V.N. Pd., Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
