JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 The petitioner had moved this Court praying, inter alia, for supply of certain documents which forms the basis for the disciplinary proceeding.

It is not in dispute that the disciplinary proceeding remains pending.

Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad, AC to AAG-5, informs that the petitioner has been served with the second show cause notice alongwith the enquiry report and which is awaiting his reply. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case final order is passed against him in the disciplinary proceeding.
