JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is direct the respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to issue duplicate Madhyama certificate and mark-sheet to the petitioner after correction in her name which has been wrongly mentioned in the certificate and the marks sheet issued to her. Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna for issuance of the aforesaid certificate and marks sheet and in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today, appropriate steps shall be taken within a period of four weeks thereafter to redress the grievances of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
