The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 323, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the present case has been lodged after lapse of one month. It is further submitted that there is no medical report in connection with the present case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
