2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 667 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed fraud with informant and several other persons in the name of providing government job to them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has submitted that the petitioner is not holding any post whatsoever in N.G.O. He has falsely been implicated in the present case and he has submitted that the co-

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against him. He further submits that aforesaid coaccused Sanjay Rahit @ Sanjay Kumar has been granted regular bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as materials available on record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
