The trial Court has reported that argument of second set of accused is going on and the judgment in Special Case No.14 of 2014 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No.128 of 2014 is likely to be pronounced before 30.10.2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the Informant informs that the defence had already concluded its argument and date has been fixed for prosecution to give reply to the arguments of the defence.

In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as report of learned trial Court, it appears to me that the above stated Special Case No.14 of 2014 is on the verge of disposal and therefore, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21051 of 2016 (5) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No.14 of 2014 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No.128 of 2014 pending in the Court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Patna stands rejected.

However, it is high time the trial Court must dispose of the above stated case within fifteen days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) B.Kr./- U T
